Most young people in Bangladesh get online through a phone, often with nobody around who can tell them what to watch out for. We run workshops for students, and separate sessions for parents and teachers who want to help but do not know the territory.
What we cover
- Passwords, account security and two factor authentication
- Spotting scams, phishing and offers that are too good to be true
- Online harassment, what it looks like and what can actually be done about it
- Privacy settings, and what is genuinely public
- Who to report to, including formally, when something has already gone wrong
