We help underprivileged students stay in school by covering fees, books and uniforms, and pairing them with a mentor.

We are a volunteer-run foundation based in Chattogram. We help students stay in school, talk openly about menstrual health, hand out blankets in winter, teach young people how to stay safe online, and help them find work.

Every one of these started with volunteers noticing a problem in their own city and deciding to do something about it.
Health and hygiene
Menstrual Hygiene Management
Awareness sessions in schools, safe sanitary products, cycle rallies and marathons, all aimed at making menstrual health something people will actually talk about.
Winter relief
Fight Against Winter
Every winter we buy blankets and warm clothes in bulk and hand them out ourselves to families in northern Bangladesh and around Chattogram.
Digital safety
Cyber Safety Workshops
Practical online safety sessions for students, and separate ones for parents and teachers. Harassment, privacy, scams, and what to do when something goes wrong.
Employability
Career Hacks
Closing the gap between what students learn and what employers actually hire for, through hackathons, workshops and routes into paid work.
Arts and advocacy
Aparajita Art Exhibition
An exhibition that uses art to start a conversation about menstrual health that words alone have not managed to start.
Our reach
The work, in numbers
We have been running programmes in Chattogram and further afield since 2011. School support, menstrual health campaigns, winter distributions, cyber safety workshops and career events.

Once a part of Youth’s Voice, always a part of us
Some of us started this in Chattogram years ago. Some have gone on to work in technology, NGOs, education and business, and still show up when we need them. And some are running the programmes right now.
